“Sun Glow Getaway” Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSORS: The “Sun Glow Getaway” Sweepstakes is sponsored by Creature Comforts Brewing Co., 271 W Hancock Ave, Athens, GA 30601.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 22, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Sept 7, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Georgia (GA) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside of these states and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Creature Comforts Brewing Co. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter by visiting the official Sweepstakes landing page https://creaturecomforts.co/sun-glow-getaway-sweepstakes/. Entrants must complete the online entry form by providing their full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, home address (including state). LIMIT: One (1) entry per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on Sept 7, 2026. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.

5. PRIZES: Grand Prizes: One Grand Prize winner (+1 guest) will receive a Two-Night Escape to Old Edwards Inn and Spa including:

Deluxe Accommodations at Old Edwards Inn and Spa for two nights
Two $100 spa credits for custom massages and spa amenities
Three-course dinner for two at any Old Edwards Restaurant
Prize fulfilled by Creature Comforts Brewing Co.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Grand Prize: $1,700.

Prize does not include alcoholic beverages, gratuities, meals (other than those specified), incidentals, baggage fees, or any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included. Winners and guests must have all necessary identification.

Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Prize must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of winner verification unless otherwise specified by Sponsor. Guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable value. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use. The value of the prize may be taxable to the winner as income.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization or a representative of the Sponsor on or about Sept 15, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified by email or phone by December 30, 2026. Potential winners must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours of the first attempted notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the allotted time may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected in a separate random drawing. Potential winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) and a W-9 form (for tax purposes) within seven (7) days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages are not part of the prize and will not be awarded. Any consumption of alcoholic beverages is subject to local laws and regulations and is the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.

Release and Indemnification: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes.

Publicity Release: By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Sponsor and its designees the use of their name, likeness, photograph, voice, video, and/or biographical information for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.

Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or interferes with the Sweepstakes in any unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Force Majeure: If for any reason the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.

Governing Law & Venue (Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, North Carolina): All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Athens, GA.

Old Edwards Inn and Spa is not a sponsor, administrator, or affiliated with this Sweepstakes.

8. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personally identifiable information collected from entrants during the Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor and used only for Sweepstakes administration, and in accordance with Creature Comforts Brewing Co.’s Privacy Policy, available here.

Entry into the Sweepstakes does not require entrant to consent to receive marketing communications from Sponsor.

9. WINNERS LIST: For a list of the winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to Creature Comforts Brewing Co., Attn: “Sun Glow Getaway” Sweepstakes Winners List, 271 W Hancock Ave, Athens, GA 30601, by January 15, 2027.
