Bibo® (pronounced bee-bo) is a crisp, dry, and classic pilsner. A distinct continental hop flavor and aroma creates a well-balanced and tastefully crafted brew.

Flash Cat is an 8.0% Imperial IPA with big tropical vibes and a silky smooth smile. Brewed with Columbus, Citra, and Galaxy hops, it presents an aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, and melon, with a balanced bitterness and medium body.

Summer is an easy-drinking Lemon Shandy that pairs perfectly with hot sunny days. Crisp with notes of lemon zest, this beer will keep you cool all summer long.​ This Lager is the second release in our seasonal series. Each beer in the series embodies characteristics that capture the essence of the season.

Athena Paradiso is a refreshing, gently tart Fruited Ale brewed with a house blend of lactobacillus and a variety of fruit juices and purees. This version of Athena Paradiso is brewed with watermelon and sea salt.

Athena is a refreshing, gently tart German-style wheat beer. Our take on the classic Berliner Weisse is brewed with a house blend of lactobacillus, which imparts notes of citrus, cider, and sauvignon blanc.

Another year in the books as we celebrate turning 12! For our 12th anniversary IPA we are making a Double Dry Hopped Imperial West Coast IPA and focusing on some of the newest hops that are exciting us for the future of IPAs. Who says you can't teach an old dawg new tricks?!

Hot Pink is an icon of a color from the 90's so we're doing the color justice! The flavor profile is built on the summer classic, pink lemonade, and weaved into a beautiful expression featuring lemon, strawberry, hibiscus, and raspberry.

In Spring 2001, a young Athens resident, Bryan Burton (aka Danger Mouse) won the opportunity through a talent show to spin the decks at Legion Field and open for Outkast. As the legend goes, that night is when Danger Mouse slipped CeeLo Green a demo tape, later leading to the formation of Gnarls Barkley. Just another legendary music origin story from Athens and another reason to love this special place. A reminder to be bold and chase those dreams!

We took inspiration from this story, and decided to try totally new techniques to create this DDH Hazy IPA.

DTLA IPA is a modern, dank West Coast IPA. A hop aroma of pine, mango, and pineapple leads to a present bitterness beautifully balanced with a subtle malt character.

To commemorate our new LA brewery, this beer represents a little bit of home and a nod to new beginnings. We took a blend of stouts resting for nearly 2.5 years from our barrel cellar in Athens, GA, added almonds and pistachios to bring in that California flavor, and finished it off with a global blend of vanilla beans. Cheers!

Crop Colors is a series that reflects a melange of Southern crops and wild beer from our barrel cellar. This iteration has the warm glow of dawn from the use of Yonah Mtn. grape skins, Hickory Hill and Diamond Hill strawberries, and 3 Porch Farm lavender.

River Ridge Red is a blended oak-aged beer with red raspberries, celebrating the crop from River Ridge Organics’ 2020 harvest in Independence, Virginia.

Subtle Alchemy Blend 1 is a blend of three separate French oak fermented saisons aged 10-14 months. Tasting notes include deep wood, must, earth, lemon zest, and tart.

Koko Buni is a milk porter that is brewed with toasted coconut, cocoa nibs, coffee, and lactose. The flavors are rich, velvety, and balanced. We sourced the coffee beans from our friends at 1000 Faces Coffee and the cocoa nibs came from Ethereal Confections & Condor Chocolates.
