Athena is a refreshing, gently tart German-style wheat beer. Our take on the classic Berliner Weisse is brewed with a house blend of lactobacillus, which imparts notes of citrus, cider, and sauvignon blanc.

Athena Paradiso is a refreshing, gently tart Fruited Ale brewed with a house blend of lactobacillus and a variety of fruit juices and purees. This version of Athena Paradiso is brewed with watermelon and sea salt.

Hot Pink is an icon of a color from the 90's so we're doing the color justice! The flavor profile is built on the summer classic, pink lemonade, and weaved into a beautiful expression featuring lemon, strawberry, hibiscus, and raspberry.

We've really grown to love IPAs and all they offer over the years, but sometimes we need a little less ABV. That's where Infinite Recursion comes in. This hoppy crusher is oh so delicious and packed with hop flavors. You may find yourself wanting to enjoy it on an infinite loop!

Approaching the final stretch of the day on a film set, you'll hear, "Abby's Up!" Classically, the last shot of the day is the martini, so we felt like the second to last shot, the Abby Singer, also needed to be a drink, but a beer. Famously, it's "this and one more..." Just like a great beer.

The antilibrary serves the purpose of being an intellectual reminder about how much there is to explore in the world, to stay curious, and that you don’t know as much as you think you know — there’s always more to learn and knowledge will never be complete. We used the beautiful Carolina Gold rice from Tidewater farms to showcase in this refreshing lager.

We brewed our double version of Tropicália to celebrate our 500th batch of Tropicália! The aroma presents lime zest, mango, papaya, grapefruit, and white bread. The palate is heavy grapefruit, orange, lime, and an amalgamation of tropical fruit smoothie. The finish is dry, resinous, slightly bitter, and has a soft floral aftertaste.
